No. it doesn’t allow for paradoxes like that. If Multiverse theory is a thing, then it’s a thing in all multiverses. Unless you consider the idea that there’s a level even larger than the concept of multiverse, where there are groups of multiverses in a small infinite set, as a part of a larger infinite set, and there could be some or at least one set of one.
